I have a 512Mb MP3 player. Now I can have about 12 albums in it. For the price of a CD player I have something that is 12 times that amount of information, and is less than 1 / 10 the size and weight.

many science fiction shows had a kind of "information hub" that fit in the palm of the hand and contained a lot of data? Well, for 15 dollars I can get a 1 GB USB flash drive that fits in the palm of my hand. What's more, I can buy a mini SD card 2Gb for that price, and is as small as my fingernail.
6) PDAs
There are hundreds of stories of science fiction with small machines that allow you to access instant information and interfacing with the systems available. How about something that fits in your hand and lets you get any information, contact almost anyone, writing, drawing, listening to music, playing, reading, even know where in the world are standing?
